Dear Sirs/Madame:
Re: Lombana contrata Call Centers en España, Argentina y México
I am counsel for StrategyCorp Inc. of Toronto, Canada.
I apologize for writing in English, but the urgency of the matter did not allow time for translation into Spanish.
Your article of March 30, 2019 made reference to a “Strategy Corp,” and further described it as “a worldwide specialist company in the management of social networks.” It then attributed certain comments about the election to an unnamed representative of “Strategy Corp.”
I am writing to inform you that neither StrategyCorp Inc., nor any of its employees:
- · is involved in or conducting an investigation into any aspect of the elections in Panama, in either a paid or volunteer capacity
- · has any knowledge of the conduct of the conduct of any candidate in those elections
- · was contacted by or gave any statement to Metro Libre.
We are unaware of any other company in Canada operating under the name “Strategy Corp.” As we are leaders in communications and public affairs and social media, we are concerned that readers of your article may mistakenly associate the claims made in your article with our firm.
We need to hear from you immediately to ensure that you take immediate steps to clarify the record that these comments are not in any way associated with our firm.
Respectfully
John A. Matheson
Vice President and General Counsel
